Born in Presidente Prudente , São Paulo, Son of Apolinesia Ferreira and Argemiro Lacerda.
From 2 yo. to 10 he lived in Garanhuns, Pernambuco and from 11 yo. to 19 in the city of São Paulo. Converted at 17 yo. at Vila Mariana Baptist Church, he finished high School and went to the Instituto Biblico Batista de São Paulo. Then he moved to Campos, Rio de Janeiro to attend Seminario Teologico Batista Fluminense.
At age 23 in the 3th year at the seminary he was ordained pastor of the Carapebus Baptist church, state of Rio de Janeiro.His beloved daughters are Raquel, Lea, Debora and Ester.
After the 4 year Bachelor's degree in Theology he start his 5 years Law School. He pastoreates for 2 years the Carapebus Church and then he moved to pastoreate Cardoso Moreira Baptist church, soon he was invited to teach greek and evangelism at his seminary and to be vice-president of the fluminense baptist School _ Colegio Batista Fluminense ( 2000 students).
In 1987 he pastoreated Goytacazes Baptist Church, where 120 people were baptized in the first year, small groups ( Paul Chow ideas ) were created. Same year he founded Campo da Paz Baptist Church, organized with 32 members in 2 years. Elected president of the local association_ Associacao Batista da Planicie, with 52 churches
At that time he received his 5 years Law School degree and became as well a private attorney. In 1989 he moved back to Sao Paulo to pastoreate First Baptist Church of Taubate, next year he was invited to be a professor at Taubate University where he pos-graduate in Processual Law. At that time (1993) he went to Singapure to study for a month christian leadership. He found Mount Zion Baptist Church.
1993 was a decisive year in Brazil so he came to USA and to start a new life.
Octuber 1993 he arrives at Burlington where he marries Nancy C. Lacerda and start work in sales, attend diverses churches, and in 1998 he started in real estate. His company start growing now Lacerda Realty Inc, closing more than 600 transactions in 8 years.
Trips: Singapure, France, Canada, Haiti, Israel, Greece.
